Crumb and Get It Policies *

Welcome to Crumb and Get It! Please review our policies before placing an order to ensure a smooth and sweet experience.

ORDERING

    •    All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.

    •    A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order.

    •    The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pick up or delivery.

    •    Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION

    •    Basic and custom design tiers are available (see Menu for details).

    •    All custom designs must be approved before production begins.

    •    We do not replicate copyrighted characters or logos without permission.

PAYMENTS

    •    Accepted payment methods: cash, Cash App, Venmo.

 •  Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.

DELIVERY & PICKUP

    •    Free delivery within 20 miles of Oklahoma City, OK.

    •    Deliveries beyond 20 miles will include a travel fee of $1 per additional mile (one way).

    •    Pickup times are arranged in advance. Late pickups may incur a fee.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    •    Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    •    Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit).

    •    Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable in full.

    •    If Crumb and Get It Bakes must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen events, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.

ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

    •    All cakes are dye free unless requested otherwise.

    •    Our kitchen is not allergen-free (may contain dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, wheat, etc.).

    •    Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

PRODUCT HANDLING

    •    All cupcake cakes include a cake board and sealed box for safe transport.

    •    Store cupcakes in a cool, dry place and consume within 24–48 hours for best quality.

    •    We are not responsible for damages after delivery or pickup.

PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

    •    We reserve the right to photograph our work and share images on social media or for marketing purposes.

    •    Client names and event details will not be shared without permission.
